NationalCard's Global Access @dvantage is a secure, data retrieval and management tool that provides online access to transaction, payment, and reporting information for customers using NationalCard transaction processing and merchant accounting services. Using Internet Explore™ customers can quickly obtain critical business information with “point and click” ease via a secure server regularly maintained and updated to meet or exceed all security requirements.
This secure 24/7 access service offers you the ability to research and reconcile transaction settelement information, confirm ACH transfers, obtain monthly statement information and track chargeback notifications as well as media retrievals to prevent revenue loss from overlooked requests. The provider will also have the ability to export and print Chain Summary Statements with Month-to-Date and Year-to-Date financial activity both online and offline previously available only on microfiche. Twenty four months of data, plus an additional twelve months offline is available.
