Referral Plan
This plan is primarily designed to meet the needs of those financial institutions who wish to accommodate their commercial DDA customers by offering credit card processing. By design, the bank's involvement is limited to basic referral functions and DDA monitoring, whereas NationalCard's responsibilities are comprehensive and they include:
Merchant sign-up within 24 hours of receipt of a referral
Merchant implementation and training
Terminal sales, download, deployment and maintenance
24/7 Help Desk support
Risk Management and Fraud Control (All merchant liability assumed by NationalCard)
Supplies and promotional material
Statement generation and delivery
Reporting to, and payment of a percentage of net revenue, to Bank
Select Plan
This plan is designed for banks who wish to take a more active role in signing and servicing their merchants. The agent bank's responsibilities in this plan include:
Assisting merchant in completing and executing agreement
Dictating pricing. Bank receives either a percentage of net revenues or all income above a Buy Rate.
Monitoring DDA
Direct Plan
This plan is designed for banks who wish to take an on-going and aggressive role in the signing and servicing of their merchants. The agent bank is responsible for:
Merchant sign-up
Merchant implementation and training
Dictating pricing above a Buy Rate
Monitoring DDA
Assisting merchant with detailed explanation of statements
Wholesale Plan
This plan is designed exclusively for those banks who wish to perform all merchant and on-going support functions and require NationalCard to simply provide front-end authorization, settlement and back office support functions.
Note: Any of the above plans may be further tailored and customized to meet the specific needs and goal of your bank. Cash advances are optional, hardware offerings are comprehensive, American Express, Discover, JCB, Check Guarantee/Verification/Conversion are available.
