Columbia Bank and NationalCard Sign Multi-Year Processing Agreement


[Rochelle Park, NJ, September 29, 2005]  . . NationalCard Processing Systems announced today that they have signed a multi-year credit card processing agreement with Columbia Bank of New Jersey.

The agreement calls for NationalCard to convert all existing bank merchants and bank branches statewide to NationalCard's processing platform. Additionally, NationalCard will provide direct sales and marketing support in an ongoing effort to introduce Columbia's new credit card merchant service provider to their existing DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts) throughout the state.
