MARINER'S BANK AND NATIONALCARD
SIGN PROCESSING AGREEMENT
Edgewater, NJ, July 23, 2007. . . . Mariner's Bank today announced the signing of a credit card processing agreement with NationalCard Processing Systems, a national credit and debit card processor. The agreement calls for NationalCard to provide processing, direct sales and marketing support for the bank's credit card processing to all existing and prospective merchant accounts.

The agreement with NationalCard reinforces this commitment by enabling Mariner's to expand our portfolio of products and services to best serve our community business customers by offering state-of-the-art credit and debit merchant processing,” said Mariner's Bank President and CEO Michael Schutzer.
