NEWLY-FORMED REGAL BANK AND NATIONALCARD
 SIGN PROCESSING AGREEMENT


Livingston, NJ, January 7, 2008 . . . Regal Bank today announced the signing of a credit card processing agreement with NationalCard Processing Systems, a national credit and debit card processor.  The agreement calls for NationalCard to provide processing, direct sales and marketing support for the bank's credit card processing to merchant accounts.
